At Infinity Care Plus our motto is progress not perfection. Infinity Care Plus uses this motto to remind others that it is important to focus on what you have already achieved and not the end goal but the progress you have made towards that goal. It is a reminder that it is okay if you make mistakes. At Infinity Care Plus we celebrate the mistakes and look at them as lessons and tools instead of failures.

Based on your location and the information provided in the questionnaire below we will provide you with a therapist located in your state and one that best fits your needs.

Your account will provide you with upcoming appointments, access to your bills, and your link for your virtual sessions.

Click on Login in the top right corner of the website and fill out the information to obtain an account with Infinity Care Plus.

The Next Steps

After you have completed the questionnaire, you will be sent two forms to complete. Once these forms have been completed, we will contact you inform you of your therapist and schedule your appointment.

After you have submitted the above answers a member of the Infinity Care Plus team will reach out to you via email for additional information. Once this information is completed you will be provided with a link to schedule an appointment with your therapist. Please keep in mind there is a $100 NO SHOW FEE. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time!!
